Research Outline
We study the mechanisms that support human reproductive function, with a particular focus on ovarian follicle development. Our research investigates how factors in human serum influence follicle formation and growth, using ovarian culture systems, imaging, and omics analyses. We also develop methods to generate gonadal somatic cells from human iPS cells to study human gonadal development. Through these approaches, we aim to better understand human reproductive biology and contribute to future research and treatments for infertility.
