Creation of Biodigital Twins for Cartilage Biology and Pathology
To construct biodigial twins for cartilage, we collect genome-wide digital information in multiple aspects. One aspect includes collecting data from iPSC-derived cartilage organoids implanted into diseased sites such as join surface defects, clarifying courses of both progression and healing of cartilage diseases. We also collect data from cartilage samples from patients with osteoarthritis to create disease models.
