IGI Takako

Specially Appointed Assistant Professor

Osaka University, Research Management and Planning Office

Graduated from Waseda University School of Environment and Energy Engineering (MA). Her major was environmental policy science, especially interested in the gap between the vision of World Heritage and the public. After working at a translation company in Japan for several years, she changed her career to the academia, and managed education program for STEM students in Japanese private universities. She has experience in organizing events to encourage students to study abroad, organizing workshops for FD, planning promotion to increase the exam canditates. Her career as URA started in 2018, specialized in science communication. At WPI-PRIMe, she is in charge for PR and events, including outreach activities.
