Dr. Takanori Takebe, Deputy Director of WPI-PRIMe, and his research group achieved the first human clinical trial to evaluate the potential benefits of “enteral ventilation.” The previous work of his research group received the IgNobel Prize in 2024, which was featured on the Cover of Med (2021).
