Title	Dynamic docking simulation using gREST

Short abstract:
Understanding protein-ligand binding is not only crucial for understanding biological phenomena but also useful for designing drug compounds.
Here, we discuss the “dynamic docking” which utilizes molecular dynamics simulations to overcome the limitation of traditional rigid body docking.
