Research Outline

My main research interests are Coarse-Grained MD simulation and Enhanced Sampling Methods.

Currently, my main direction is designing novel therapeutic peptides. First, we use gREST/REUS enhanced sampling methods to investigate the binding process of Abl kinase and abltide. From studying this system, we expect to design some novel cyclic peptides as inhibitors.

Second, we use Free Energy calculation methods to study the hybrid IGF1R/INSR heterodimer. We expect to study the mutation effects of IGF1R on the hybrid heterodimer.
