Organoid Modeling for Human Growth and Metabolic Deficiencies
Normal and patient iPSC-derived organoids carrying molecular defects causal of growth/metabolic deficiencies, will be used to investigate mechanistic responses to hormonal & cytokine cues, to recapitulate human growth phenotypes, towards developing & building growth datasets for Human Growth Biodigital twin.
