Biography

Al-Sobaihi is an epidemiologist and biostatistician with a robust background in public health research. Before his current role at PRIMe, he was a postdoctoral fellow at Tokyo Medical and Dental University, where he also earned his PhD. During his tenure there, Al-Sobaihi was deeply involved in epidemiological research and analyzing large-scale datasets for global health projects. His work demonstrated his ability to interpret complex findings and communicate results effectively.

Al-Sobaihi is currently a bioinformatician investigating similarities and differences between iPS organoids and certain diseases, and exploring spatial transcriptomics for variable genes, cell-cell interactions, gene-gene interactions, and trajectory analysis using advanced algorithms.
