Integrative Analysis Platform for Human Meta-omics Resources
To forge human meta-omics resources, we construct the in silico data integrative analysis platforms. By centralizing human genome data as a core omics layer and leveraging machine learning, we integrate a population-scale meta-omics data output from the latest technologies including multimodal single cell sequencing.
